With reference to our telephone conversation this morning, I enclose a list of Europe an employees of the University, which I think is comple te.

In addition to these Europeans, there are 15 Chinese onthe Teaching Staff, and on the Clerical Staff of the University there are 22. These are a mixed crowd and nearly all Chinese.

I also enclose for your information,, a statement of payments being made to the devit of the University's current account here, and the income expected to be received from securities deposited with us.
